The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities for sales of luxurious real estate development. The main function of the Sale Executive is the selling of Real Estate properties by recruiting new agents and creating the correct channels in order to attract and gain potential buyers and clientele.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with our partners
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Participates in decision-making, proposes courses of action, and follows up with implementation in areas relating to sales activities
- Responsible for finding customers through direct contacts
- Follow-up on the leads according to the industry standards
- On-site presentations
- 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience in high-end Real Estate projects
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable portfolio of serious connections in the international real estate market
- Proven sales track
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and English is a must
- Chinese or Arabic languages will be considered as an advantage
- Eligible to work in Cyprus
