On behalf of our client, a leading company that makes work spaces available to members around the world, awe are looking to recruit a Sales Manager for their newly established offices based in Limassol.
DUTIES
• Have excellent knowledge of the company's product and service offerings
• Understand, develop and manage business relationships with different clients and match/design potential client’s requirements to the relevant products
• Handle private offices, dedicated and hot desks sales inquiries with prospective and existing clients
• Manage the company's local database of lawyers and real estate brokers and work on expanding it
• Manage assigned leads and work on finding new sales leads by networking, cold calling and meeting with agents and brokers
• Own all phases of the sales experience, from the initial inquiry, proposal, move in through move out
• Manage private offices, dedicated and hot desks P&L management with reporting and forecasting
• Handle client accounts, invoices and billing
PROFILE
Academic Background: University Degree or Equivelant
Experience: 2 years in Real Estate industry is preferable
Language: Excellent in English & Greek
Skills:
Experience in prospecting, developing and closing sales
Experience in customer service and relationship building
Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills.
Work towards/maintain 100% building occupancy
