Our client is a Property Development Company in Larnaca and they are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to assist their corporation in driving lead generation and expanding the business. You will conduct market analysis, initiate contact with prospects, generate leads and sales, maintain relationships with existing agents and address their needs, and complete a range of administrative duties. To excel in this role, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, have excellent interpesonal skills, and be comfortable pitching and presenting to B2B customers-real estate agents and real estate marketing agents regularly.

Responsibilities:
Creating and implementing sales strategies and identifying new markets to set up an agency network for Russia, Ex CIS countries, Asia, Africa and Middle East)
Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities
Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with agents and customers via email, phone, and in-person
Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences
Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients
Writing and distributing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings
Creating and maintaining client databases and agents and mail lists
Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management
Providing effective administrative support
Developing quotes and proposals for clients
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Related professional experience is preferable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage workload
Ability to work independently and as part of a tea.
Strong networking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
Excellent command of English (native or at a professional level). Additional languages are a plus
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

Salary: Salary of 24,000 – 28,000 Euros gross annually + commission on sales
