Our client is a Property Development Company in Larnaca and they are looking for an After-Sales Property Manager to manage the daily operations of properties and handle new client’s requirements.
The After Sales Property Manager’s responsibilities include managing list of new clients requirements, financial matters, coordinating minor construction and maintenance work, enforcing leases, and preparing billing reports. To be successful as an Aftersales Property Manager you should be able to ensure efficient daily operations and meet sales and financial objectives. Ultimately, an outstanding AfterSales Property Manager should be able to increase property value and satisfy tenant requirements.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and managing budgets per property, per client
Servicing and advising new tenants
Interviewing tenants and running credit checks
Liaising with sales colleagues discussing complaints and rectifying client problems
Completing written correspondence and records of all ongoing issues.
Assisting clients for the selection of their furniture, tiles, sanitary ware etc.
Undertaking company’s membership loyalty benefits card.
Negotiating with contractors and suppliers and undertaking all aftersales support (electrician, plumbers, gardeners, cleaners etc.)
Getting feedback from all clients and providing to the company ways to improve the services
Assist clients with electricity authority connection, land registry, water board applications
Setting rental rates, negotiating and enforcing lease agreements
Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units
Minor contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work
Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses
Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
Preparing reports on the financial performance of properties
Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings
Requirements:
Degree in real estate, property management, business administration, interior design, architecture or a related field preferred
Experience as an Aftersales Property Manager or in a similar role
Working knowledge of property regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (CRM)
Understanding of marketing and accounting principles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good customer service skills
English speaking (native or professional level)
Good understanding of interior design is a major plus
Good understanding of construction and maintenance is a must
Salary: Salary of 15,000 Euros gross annually
