Our client, a communications company based in Nicosia, is looking to hire a Travel/Events Coordinator/Administrator with excellent communication skills to arrange the hotel bookings and travel arrangements.
Responsibilities:
Arrange flights, transportation, hotels and any excursions for an agency
Small amount of written reporting
The person will be the point of contact throughout the entire process and be able to communicate well exactly where things stand at any given moment and deal with last minute changes by the attendees.
Requirements:
(Near) native English skills as in the role you will deal with an European Agency
A background in tourism, events, hospitality is a plus
Very well-organised
Excellent and professional communicator
Very good attention to detail and be reactive to client changes/questions.
The working hours are from 09.00 - 17.00
The company is offering a salary of 1,000 Euros gross per month with Medical after 6 months
