Our Client an Online Media Services Company is strengthening their presence in Cyprus with a 2nd office in Limassol. They are expanding their business ventures and have now entered the Real Estate Industry. They have strong clientele and connections that are in place to speed up closure, therefore looking to hire an independent, confident individual who will oversee the buying and renting of properties in Limassol.
Position Overview:
Agent who will be the first point of contact representing the company,
Visiting with new clients and gathering client and property information
Overseeing the buying and renting of existing property
Following up with the due diligence and procedures as stated by the land registry
Requirements:
Fluent English and Greek
Be knowledgeable in regards to local property laws
Ability to present and sell ideas effectively
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and should also have strong organizational skills
Computer Literate
Must have a Car
Benefits:
They are offering a basic salary of approximately 1500 Euros gross per month + travelling expenses
