Our client is a real estate development company with a portfolio of exclusive residential and commercial projects and they are looking to recruit a Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Coordination of all parties involved in the design process
Coordination of design workshops
Development of design briefs
Preparation of design and construction budgets
Project contract management
Supervision and reviewing of the contracts and deliverables
Development of project schedule plans from conception to completion stages
Organization and participation in meetings with authorities to obtain all necessary governmental approvals
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Architecture or similar
Projects management experience in Cyprus (7+ years)
Cyprus top-developer/top projects experience is required
Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
Fluent English and Greek required, Russian would be an advantage
No work permit requirements
