Our client a well established Real Estate Agency is looking to hire a Real Estate Sales Agent for their offices in Nicosia.
The ideal candidate will be responsible to promote and perform real estate sales while delivering outstanding client service.
The successful candidate will also be responsible to actively contribute in expanding the company’s client base.
The key responsibilities include:
Determine client needs and provide guidance, support and present purchase offers for consideration.
Handle enquiries about properties from potential clients.
Review properties and prepare relevant reports.
Show properties to potential clients.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ values.
Coordinate with internal and external advisors regarding legal or other property related issues.
Prepare contracts, purchase agreements and other relevant documents for each real estate transaction.
Create lists for real estate sale properties, with the relevant property information.
Remain knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices.
Requirements, Skills and Attributes
Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in a similar position.
Excellent use of internet and google analytics.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel is a perquisite).
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills.
The company is offering a basic salary of 500 Euros gross per month plus excellent commissions based on sales and rentals
