Limassol
Our client, a fast-growing property development company in Limassol, is expanding and is therefore looking for a Programme Engineer who will report to the Project Director.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of the Construction Master Programme and update as the project proceeds.
Preparation of the Procurement Master Programme and update as the project proceeds.
Preparation of the 3 Month Look Ahead Programmes and ensuring that they are consistent with the Master Programme. Updating the 3 Month Look Ahead Programme monthly.
Monitoring and reporting the Contractor's and Sub-Contractors progress with regard to the 3 Month Look Ahead Programme.
Review and comment upon the Contractors and Sub-Contractors Programme submitted in accordance with the contract documents. Ensure such programmes meet the requirements of the Mater Programme.
Organise and chair a weekly Programme meeting with the Contractor and Sub-Contractors
Provide a detailed monthly report which updates all completed activities against the 3 Month Look Ahead Programme and the Master Schedule.
Review and comment on the Contractor's 2 Week Look Ahead Programmes.
Manage staff members which may be appointed to work for the Project Director.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
At least 5 years previous experience in similar position.
Excellent knowledge of English language, both oral and written. Knowledge of Greek language will be an advantage.
Knowledge of software: AutoCad 2D, MS Office, MS Project.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Salary based on skills and experience + 13th month
