On behalf of one of our clients, a regulated Forex broker, we are seeking to recruit an Fied Engineer to join their team in Limassol.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring and managing all installed systems and infrastructure
- Planning, implement and grow AWS cloud infrastructure
- Provided Managed Services in existing AWS cloud infrastructure and in-house software application
- Resolving production malfunctions in infrastructure level and software configurations and settings
- Communicate with clients to determine needs and explain complex issues
- Conduct research and studies on productions
- Prioritize bugs and coordinate with the development team for resolution.
- Manage release activities
- Resolve malfunctions or other crises when they arise
- Draft and submit reports
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field
- At least 3 years’ experience as a field engineer, support engineer or similar role
- Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written
- Well-versed in technical aspects of IT and software projects
- Work in large scale projects or complex infrastructure systems
- Develop the ability to work in difficult conditions
- Develop the ability to think critically
- Understanding of development cycle and processes
- Attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
