Limassol
Our client is a well-established Corporate Services Firm based in Limassol and they are looking to employ a responsible Corporate Administrator.
Responsibilities:
Administration of the Cyprus and foreign companies (update and filling of corporate documents and agreements)
Registrar of Companies (preparation and submissions of forms, Apostille preparation of client files with originals), preparation of M&A (hardcopy) for submission
Entry in Ebos of all new companies, clients, changes, share Certificate issuances
Certification and Apostille of documents
Overall corporate administration to be instructed from time to time from the manager and including the execution of client orders
Requirements:
At least 3 years' experience as a corporate administrator
Experience with filings to the Cyprus Registrar (online and hardcopies) of all related forms from name approvals to change of officials, increase of share capital, order of Certificates, company formations)
Experience with Invoicing related issues to the legal department requests and subject to the orders done to the Cyprus Registrar and other authorities, clients orders
Excellent knowledge of ebos (so as to be able to maintain the company records up to date subject to the changes to occur)
Fluency in English and Greek
Russian skills are a big plus
Very good organizational and communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Ability to execute tasks under pressure
Strong leading character
Able to multitask and follow up various things
The company is offering a salary of up to 1,500 Euros gross plus benefits plus 13th salary
The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am - 5pm and on Friday from 9am to 2pm.
