Limassol
Our client is a well-established Corporate Services Firm based in Limassol and they are looking to employ a responsible Back Office Officer.
Responsibilities:
General Secretarial Duties including the drafting, scanning, copying, typing of all types of letters, preparation of cover letters, correspondence handling and mail/email forwarding, call answering
Responsible for the preparation of documents and agreements for Certification/Apostille purposes;
Coordination with other departments of our business (Administration, Legal, Invoicing Department
E-Filing and hardcopies of corporate Certificates and overall preparation of the Corporate Files and filling of the affiliated documents (agreements, POA, Resolutions etc.)
Maintain records as it relates to templates, working files and executed agreements on a daily basis.
Requirements:
At least 1.5 years in similar position
Sufficient corporate background in terms of being able to identify basic corporate certificates (which will require filling etc.) and understanding of the overall structure of a company to be able to file or find requested forms, certificates and related documents
Fluency in Greek and English
Well- organized
The company is offering a salary up to 1,200 Euros gross plus benefits plus 13th salary
The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am - 5pm and on Friday from 9am to 2pm.
