Our client is a Specialised Service Provider to Non Performing Loans, part of a Global Private Equity Firm that is in the process of setting up offices in Cyprus, and they are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to be part of their team based at their offices in Nicosia.
Reporting to the CEO the role will include the following responsibilities:
Arrange and assist with presentations for meeting, most being of confidential nature
Draft and respond to business and personal emails, as needed
Responsible for arranging committee meetings
Attend some of the committee meetings and take notes on the topics discuss.
Prepare meeting minutes after each meeting
Draft reports for the Board of Directors and/or Governmental departments
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor degree in a related subject
Proficient in MS Office
At least 5 years of proven similar experience
Excellent command of both the Greek and English language
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge on business and management principles
