Limassol
Our client is a CySEC licensed FX Company and they are looking to hire a Spanish Back Office Officer to join the team based in Limassol.
You will be responsible for the opening of new accounts with client's deposits and withdrawals of funds and the provision of credit or loans as well as keeping maintenance and updating of all clients' files.
Responsibilities
Performing KYC and due diligence checks;
Registration and opening of new clients' accounts in the Company's software;
Amending and terminating clients' accounts in the Company's software;
Settlement of transactions (deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers);
Monitoring of the transactions performed through the Company comparison thereof to the instruction received and sorting of any discrepancies;
Record keeping of executed transactions (available in electronic form on the MTS and MT4);
Sending accounts' statements upon request;
Archiving of all relevant documents in CRM (agreements, contracts, confirmations etc.);
Handling of customers' complaints;
Registering disputes and chargebacks;
Requirements:
Computer literacy, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of the team
Attention to detail and target oriented
Good command of English language and Spanish
Advantage to have:
Basic/Advanced CySEC examination
Experience in a similar role in the Financial/Forex Industry
University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance or similar
Working Hours:
Shifts on rotation Monday- Sunday (40 hours per week)
10:00 - 19:00; 12:00 - 21:00 (less frequent, when all team is in, depending of volume); 14:00 - 23:00.
Also Sundays on rotation (about once a month, with Friday off and additional pay): either 18:00 - 21:00 or 17:00 - 23:00
