Limassol
Our client, a luxury property investment company, is looking to hire a Russian-speaking Office Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol.
Reporting to the General/Commercial Manager the role will be responsible for:
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Provision of secretarial and administrative support to the management staff when required, including management and administration of the correspondence record system.
Management and administration of the archive filling system.
Provision of customer service support in Russian language when required across the company's business streams.
Administration of the company's CRM system for property management services, ensuring prompt and accurate recording, updating and closing of service calls and customer complaints, liaising with the relevant staff members and Reception to ensure timely follow-up and deliver customer feedback.
Preparation of analysis and reporting related to the company's CRM system and customer service performance, on a routine and ad hoc basis as required by management staff.
Maintain a positive, productive relationship with clients.
Ensures that all activities performed are aligned with Cyprus law and regulations.
Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the department.
Carries out any other assignment that the company will find appropriate regarding the job role.
Comply and promote the Health and Safety Regulations of the company.
Comply with the policies and procedures of the company.

The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree or similar in office administration or any other relevant subject.
1 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in Russian and English language with Greek an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain excellent customer focus
Able to organize and prioritize in a fast-moving environment. Multi-tasking skills are required
Strong administration skills-organized, thorough, systems oriented with meticulous attention to detail
Creativity and problem-solving skills required
Effective verbal and written communications skills
Advance computer skills on MS Office. Knowledge in accounting software and databases will be considered as an advantage.

The working hours are Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm.
