Job Description
Property Consultant
Role: Our Property Consultants are responsible for listings; following up on listings of properties, registering and qualifying buyers, conducting viewings on properties, extracting offers, closing deals and consulting with buyers & sellers on investment and property related issues. They are also responsible for new business development.
Department and reporting structure: Sales department. Reporting to the Sales Manager or Executive Director.

•Bachelor’s degree (Business Studies, Real Estate or related subject).
•Strong work ethic
•A strong drive for achievement
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Excellent presentation and communication skills
•Attention to detail
•Analytical Skills
•Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek Language, both written and oral
•Excellent Computer Skills, MS Office, Internet & Outlook Express
•Experience in a relevant position would be an advantage but not a prerequisite
•Full, clean manual driving license
•Flexibility to work long hours
•Strong work ethic
