Job Description
The newly created Operations Project Officer role supports the Global Operations Director in ensuring overall project success by executing planning, tracking and control activities relating to real estate, premises and facilities worldwide.
The successful candidate will:
• Prepare Project Plans and maintain said Project Plans for Global Operations projects relating to the setup of new Amdocs sites and operations
• Gather info from relevant sources, prepare data, track the project deliverables, analyze them and escalate any deviations either in the timeline or in the budget
• Prepare and manage on-going status meetings for global large scale projects relating to real estate, premises and facilities
• Collect and prepare material, including high quality presentations, for discussion with both the Global Operations Director and relevant stakeholders
• Liaise with remotely located managers and operations on a daily basis
• Provide administrative support to the Global Operations Director as required

Required Qualifications
• Experience working within a large, multinational environment. Ability to work in a team and in a complicated matrix organization.
• Knowledge and a good understanding of different cultures. Exposure to Central & Latin America and Asia-Pacific considered an advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are a must. Additional language skills would be advantageous with a preference for Spanish or Portuguese
• Ability to take initiatives, to lead independently and the creativity and flexibility to face and resolve challenges
• A self-motivated individual with a strong ability to influence
• Strong Interpersonal Skills with advanced MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and presentation skills
