Their areas of specialism include the construction, development and sale of residential luxury apartments and villas in some of the most prestigious locations in the Mediterranean.
The Role
Working in liaison with the CEO the role of the General Manager will be to co-ordinate the 3 main business functions to ensure maximum profit growth and continue the development of the organisation. The functions include; - Construction & Maintenance, Sales & Marketing and Administrations & Finance. The role will also incorporate Project Management and liaison and negotiation with government and local authority officials.

The Person
A strong understanding of the aforementioned functions within residential property is a pre-requisite as is a proven track record in project focused construction. The successful candidate will also have the ability to display and demonstrate a strong commercial business acumen that will be conducive to the success of the business.
