Job Description:
· Spearhead the Sales Department
· Assist in breaking into new markets
· Coordinate with marketing staff and help in creating a corporate identity
· Direct support to senior non technical staff
· Retrieving and disseminating information
· Provide experience-based input regarding drawings and designs, as well as new project ideas
· Liaising with customers, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Relevant degree at BSc or MSc level (Marketing, Business etc)
- A minimum of three A-levels (or equivalent exams) with minimum grade B
- 4 year proven experience and performance in the industry as a minimum
- Experience in construction / land development / renovations as well as technical awareness will be considered an advantage
- Self-starter who is used to managing people and able to work without constant supervision
- Highly motivated, results driven individual with strong problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Power Point, Access)
- Fluency in verbal and written English is essential (Greek not necessary but will be considered an advantage)
· Well-mannered with strong interpersonal skills
- Ideally eligible for HRDA schemes with minimum 2”1 Honours degree or equivalent
Must be able to work in Limassol
