On behalf of our client, a newly established Real Estate company in Limassol, we are seeking to hire a Property Consulting Director for the offices in Limassol.
Responsibilitiies:
· Assisting in breaking into new markets
· Creating a corporate identity for the newly established firm
· Direct support to senior non technical staff
· Managing the office
· Liaising with prospective clients and lawyers
Profile:
- Relevant degree at BSc (Marketing, Business etc)
- 3 year proven experience and performance in the industry as a minimum
- Person who is used to managing people and able to work without constant supervision
- Highly motivated, results driven individual with strong problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Power Point, Access)
- Fluency in verbal and written English and Greek is essential (Russian language will be considered an advantage
- Well-mannered with strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work in Limassol
