On behalf of our client, a newly established Real Estate company with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Property Consulting Director. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assisting in breaking into new markets
- Creating a corporate identity for the newly established firm
- Direct support to senior non technical staff
- Managing the office
- Liaising with prospective clients and lawyers
Key Skills/Experience:
- Relevant degree at BSc (Marketing, Business etc)
- 3 year proven experience and performance in the Real Estate industry as a minimum
- Person who is used to managing people and able to work without constant supervision
- Highly motivated, results driven individual with strong problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Power Point, Access)
- Fluency in verbal and written English and Greek is essential (Russian language will be considered an advantage
- Well-mannered with strong interpersonal skills
