The Client

A reputable high end real estate organization

Key Duties

• Development and implementation of the Brand Manual and Brand Guidelines.
• Conducting market research.
• Contributing to and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
• Evaluating the results of marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring competitor activity.
• Managing the production/ distribution of marketing material.
• Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications.
• Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns on social media, press, publications, radio, TV, etc.
• Coordinating with marketing suppliers.
• Organizing photo shoots and video productions.
• Organizing and coordinating various events.
• Sourcing and securing sponsorships.
• Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget.
• Manage and maintain website updates.
• Support sales staff by providing marketing material, new product information, etc.
• Monitor CRM database and produce weekly reports.
• To contribute significantly in setting the goals and objectives for the other team members.

• BSc in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of proven related working experience. Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
• Previous experience working in the luxury Property Development industry will be considered an advantage.
• Strong project management/organizational skills.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Multilingual ability. Excellent knowledge of both spoken and written forms of English is required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite of products.
• Excellent computer skills, analytical ability, numerical skills.
• Self-motivated. Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Integrity, Creativity and Confidentiality.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work in the company’s offices across Lefkosia – Larnaka - Ammochostos
