Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Daily management of internal accounting tasks of the Company
Assisting with the book-keeping entries
Performing client and bank account reconciliations
Preparation, submission and payment of VAT
Calculation, issuing and credit control of invoices to clients
Assisting with the preparation of monthly/quarterly management reports
Preparation of analytical reports e.g. historical comparisons etc.
In charge of meeting other mandatory payments to the authorities
Preparation of payroll and payment of social insurance and taxes to the authorities
Liaising with auditors for the prompt preparation and submission of the annual financial statements
Liaising with the banks as and when required
Report directly to the managing director
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
LCCI intermediate or higher is preferred
Articulate with excellent analytical skills
Native Russian and Very Good English Language Skills
IT literate with MS Office Applications
Excellent communicating skills
