Our client, an oil trading company is looking to recruit a high caliber candidate for the position of HSE QUALITY AND SECURITY MANAGER for their premises based in Limassol. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Develops, maintains & updates Company’s HSEQ&S, Quality & Security Management Systems including Procedures, Policies, Practices, Training Program and Compliances Audit in line with Company needs and Corporate HSEQ&SQ&S requirements;

·       Develops and provides HSEQ&S Indices, statistical reporting and provides information for Corporate reporting.  Indicates areas which require further attention and suggests recommendations for improvement;

·      Responsible for coordinating and supervising the company's Fire Fighting services.  Implementation and monitoring of the company's safety program and administration and /or supervision of the First Aid Services and all safety training programs;

·       Verifies compliance with safety rules and procedures in accordance with the company's safety practices, policies and program;  

·       Promotes and encourages safety, environmental protection & security awareness amongst all Company and 3rd parties employees ;

·       Schedules and arranges external & internal safety training where required and arranges periodic testing and examination of all the personnel in accordance with the HSEQ&S manual;

·       Responsible for developing, updating and providing training on ERP for the company in case of fire or hazardous incidents;

·       Reports, discusses & investigate accidents, incidents, pollution or emission occurrences and near misses with the concerned departments;

·       Coordinates quality audits, review reports and follows up on actions;

PROFILE

·         Bachelor in Business Administration or similar field

·         At least 5 years experience in the HSEQ sector, preferable in the oil and gas industry

·         Good knowledge of the oil and gas industry

·         Initiative, Adaptability, Quality Orientation

·         Planning and Organisational skills
