The head of Marketing will be working within the Real Estate industry and will be responsible for the building and guiding the marketing team. Will have previous experience as a Marketing officer/manager in the Real Estate/Construction industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for organizing and coordinating the marketing department.
• Responsible for establishing the company's brand, promote and maintain the company's image
• Responsible for building and guiding the marketing department
• Conducting research on competitors
• Providing accurate monthly/annual marketing budgets and ensuring they're followed

Requirements

• Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar position within the real estate industry
• Familiar with the advertising and promotion market in Russia and China.
• Fluency in English-any additional languages will be considered an advantage
