ROLE:
To sell-down luxury super high-end residential and commercial developments. To negotiate favorable acquisition terms and conditions with all landowners who own potential development sites. To source any needed initial seed investors for each development from your own network. To have an up to date (real-time) database of every apartment sold either of the plan or ready built in the Limassol area. To put together results proven marketing strategies to sell-down each project, “Off the Plan”. To establish, coordinate and manage all sales teams, channels, networks, showrooms, exhibitions to sell-down each development.
YOU:
You must be a passionate sales driven entrepreneur.
You must have a vast network of buyers in the luxury end of the market place.
Please only individuals who can bring buyers to the company need apply.
Be a proven performer of “Off the Plan” apartment sales
Be super creative and have proven experience at producing successful marketing strategies to sell-down “off the plan” property developments.
Have a vast network of sales professionals at your disposal in Russia and China with buyers wanting to purchase high-end properties in Cyprus.
We are looking for an individual who is capable, creative, a proven sales results producer and of great integrity.
Must be able to write and speak English fluently.
Ability to speak Russian, Mandarin & Greek would be looked upon very advantageously.
REMUNERATION:
