 Tasks

Customer Service Representatives provide a professional back and front office service function for our client’s project in line with the contractual agreements.

  • Receiving and handling incoming phone calls and e-mails fax or letter
  • Commercial processing of billing requests
  • Providing information and answering queries about the products
  • Giving support to customers in general related questions
  • Giving guidance and solving problems
  • Providing a positive experience for customers
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in German
  • Conversational English language knowledge
  • Service orientation and quality awareness 
  • Good PC skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Have a strong customer service focus
  • Have the ability to multi-task
  • Be a team player
