· Detailed knowledge of VoIP including protocols such as SIP, H323, codec’s, and NAT traversal techniques preferred.
· Hands-on knowledge of Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, VoIP Gateways, Soft Switches, Soft Phones, IP Phones, ATA, Quintum, Linux servers and web applications.
· Project management and network planning skills for the procurement and deployment of additional server and bandwidth capacity with sufficient redundancy.
· Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex networking issues.
· Ability to work closely with product development engineers to ensure high levels of customer support for new products and features, including development and execution of test plans.
· Foreign language skills desirable.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience in Telecommunications and data center operations and support.

Successful candidates should have a university degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, and/or Satellite Technologies. Minimum two years experience in management of technology products and/or services. Strong networking ability is essential.
