Our client is a dynamically growing organisation, specilaizing in implementing works on metal, reinforced concrete structures for the protection of equipment in the Oil & Gas/ Construction Sector. They are looking to hire a Project Manager/ Director for their office based in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
General management of construction works
Performance control
Terms and quality of performance of all construction and installation works
Compliance of construction and installation works with the approved design estimates, construction norms and rules, standards and technical conditions, standards safety requirements, the requirements of the organization of labor.
Ability to make timely decisions to accomplish tasks within the time frame for implementation.
Requirements:
Higher construction or technical education.
Proven experience in the oil and gas or construction industry from 4-6 years as a Construction Director, Project Manager, Chief Engineer.
Required availability of completed projects.
Good knowledge of Russian (abilty to work with documentation and negotiating in Russian)
High level of business communication skills.
A confident user of MS Office, AutoCad
Responsible, discipline, punctuality.
