Are you a recruitment professional with a good knowledge of processes and best practice? If you are, well we are extremely keen to hear from you.
Due to a large increase in candidate applications, we are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to work with us on a full time and permanent basis on the Malta desk.
Reporting to the Director, you will provide a candidate and client focused service to include:
- Advertising client roles
- Sourcing suitable candidates
- Developing first class client relationships
- Writing job adverts and keeping on top of advertising and marketing developments
- Provide support to clients seeking veterinary personnel
- Oversee and coordinate the interview process
- Support and manage your dedicated region
- Ensure the candidate database and other information systems are up to date (Influence system)

Recruitment or consultative sales experience: Strong technical ability in using database systems.
