The Data Processing and Statistics Department (DPSD) works on the operational data concerning the goods movement. That includes supporting and developing local IT-system holding the data regarding sales, deliveries and other goods transfers. The DPSD specialists collect all the data from company’s shops, verify the information on the fact (cash reports, warehouse reports) and keep the correct data in production database. Also the DPSD works on preparing analytic reports for other departments (financial, marketing, brand teams) and specialists are in charge for data transfer between company and company partners (two-sided data transfer on sales, deliveries, other goods movement or any updates). Number of DPSD specialists – 8 persons that includes 5 database analytics, 2 IT-engineers and deputy chief).
Management: - Developing short- and long-term department strategy, analyzing business needs and providing cost effective solutions. Translating strategy into tactical objectives and managing their implementation. Managing and organizing the department staff on actions taken.
